Reservation conditions

 

By submitting the reservation of your apartment you agree with our following general terms and reservation conditions.

Please, read them carefully.

 

1 Reservation

After we receive your reservation, we will check the availability of your chosen apartment and we will send you a summary e-mail with our contact details, information about your staying and reservation conditions. 

 

2 Deposit and confirmation of the reservation

Your reservation is confirmed when you pay the deposit to our account - 40% of whole price. The rest you will pay on arrival.

You don´t have to pay the deposit when you make the reservation one day before your arrival or the day of your arrival.  

 

3 Arrival and departure

The day of your arrival you will be met by a member of our team. He/ She will show you the apartment and if you need something, he/she will be glad to help you.  

Possible arrival time is after 1pm.

Departure time is before 11am.

 

4 Children

Children under 6 years of age stay free of charge. Children between 6 and 12 years of age pay 10 € per child per night. A baby cot is available on request.   

 

5 Code of conduct

All guests staying in the apartment must be included with you in the reservation. If you break this condition, your reservation can be cancelled without any refund. Our guests have to respect the silent hours in the apartment house, according to the law, between 10pm and 6am.   

 

6 Cancellation Policy

Considering the costs and loss connected with the cancellation of the reservation, in a case that you cancel your reservation 20-15 days before your arrival, we charge you 50 % from the deposit. If you cancel the reservation less than 15 days before your arrival, we charge you full amount of the paid deposit as agreed liquidated damages.     

In rare cases your chosen apartment may no longer be available because of some technical problems. In this case we will find you another apartment from our offer or other alternative accommodation of the same quality.  In a case this won´t be possible, we will give you back whole amount of the paid deposit.
